We supplied and installed corrective measures, including site-specific training to close out the PIN within the required time. All site corrective measures had to be installed after hours to reduce disruption to business activities.

Our Team reviewed the PIN with WorkSafe Victoria and worked to ensure the best outcome for the client, employees and customers who visit the site.

The site also found a general improvement in efficiency and have found a significant reduction in the time delivery and pick up vehicles spent on the site each day.

A Customer in an inner Sydney Hospital reached out after a workplace incident in the loading dock area of the hospital.

Workplace Traffic Management were able to complete a full risk assessment and report, including detailed recommendations. We supplied and installed corrective measures, including site-specific training.

One of the most significant challenges with this site was it having over 300 deliveries per week through two operational dock doors. There were also a wide range of parties using the dock area instead of other access doors.

An additional challenge was a height-adjustable dock. The dock gates that we installed are designed to work with height-adjustable docks.

All challenges that we identified were rectified, along with the traffic management issues.

The loading dock operators and delivery drivers also reported a lift in morale, leading to a happier working environment and a more engaged workforce. Studies have found a happier workforce has a significantly reduced incident and injury rate.
